Zone Service Units

The MMPL. Z.S.U. is designed for aesthetics, economy, maximum design life and reliability whilst requiring minimum maintenance.

They are available as a standard product with the following design features.

Comply fully with the requirements of HTM 2022.
Available in both Surface and Part Recessed format.
Standard colour white.
Fully removable, hinged cover for easy fitting and maintenance.
All valves fitted with B.S.5682 N.I.S.T. connectors.
All valves fitted with flat faced ‘o’ ring unions.
Standard Pipework sizes 15 – 28mm.
Each valve supplied with blanking facility.
Every Z.S.U. pressure tested prior to despatch.
Every Z.S.U. electrically tested prior to despatch.
Every valve tested for tightness (no pressure pass when closed).
Includes all Internal Pipework and Stubbed Connections outside the Enclosure for easy fitting.
Pipework soldered using Inert Gas Jointing Procedure.
Alarm Panel SHIRE CONTROLS type SA6.
Pressure Sensors fitted with minimum leak facility.
