Area Valve Service Unit

The MMPL. A.V.S.U. is designed for economy, maximum design life and reliability whilst requiring minimum maintenance.

They are available as a standard product with the following design features.

CE marked.
Powder coated steel enclosure.
Fully removable quick release door for easy access.
Reversible door hinge left or right.
Comply fully with the requirements of HTM 2022.
All valves fitted with B.S.5682 N.I.S.T. connectors.
Sealed shut off nist valves.
All valves fitted with flat faced ‘o’ ring unions.
Standard pipework sizes 15 – 28mm.
Each valve supplied with blanking facility.
Every A.V.S.U. pressure tested prior to despatch.
Every valve tested for tightness (no pressure pass when closed).

In addition to all of the above, MMPL. can offer the following options:

Flush surround and disposable plaster shield.
35 – 54mm pipework valves.
Back or top entry.
Suited key locks.
