Automatic Manifolds

The MMPL. automatic manifolds utilise two banks of cylinders to provide and maintain a source of gas. The systems are designed for economy, reliability and durability whilst offering the following features as standard.

Fully complies with HTM2022 1997.
Fully automatic.
Two stage regulator for good flow characteristics.
Robust wall mounting steel framework.
Copper pipeline union connections flat faced with ‘o’ ring.
Pre – set regulator and pressure sensor(s).
Highly visible gauges for cylinder contents and pipeline pressure.
Tailpipe checkvalves and integral non return valve.
Cylinder support chains and racks included.
Includes safety relief valve and isolation valve.
Compact and aesthetically designed enclosure.
Removable cover allows easy maintenance.
Fail safe control system in event of power loss.
Control Panel fitted with highly visible indicators.
Integral alarm system interface feature.
Alarm outputs for remote status indication.
Line fault monitoring of standby pressure sensor wiring.
400 kpa, 700 kpa and 1050 kpa output versions available.
All manifolds are tested and certified before despatch.
Each manifold is covered by a full warranty.
